Cellulase is a kind of enzyme that plays a role of biocatalysis in the decomposition of cellulose. It can decompose cellulose into oligosaccharides or monosaccharides protein. Cellulase is widely found in natural organisms such as bacteria, fungi and animals etc. It generally used for production comes from fungi, typical of which are trichodermin,  aspergilln and penicillin.
